Mad badger Lord Atlas decides the best way to deal with a stowaway rat child is to eliminate her so she doesn't grow up to be a full-fledged sea rat pirate. No one agreed with him, but all were too afraid of him to try to stop him (except for Plink's friend, Scully, the hare being held back).
